Your Event, Your Way

The Rainbow Room is available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you want a fully planned event or simply a beautiful space to bring your own vision to life, we make it simple and stress-free. Every detail is considered so your celebration becomes an intimate place to celebrate life’s unforgettable moments.

Rental Details

Your rental includes:

  • On-site staff during your event
  • In-house sound system
  • Tables and chairs
  • Caterer’s Kitchen with refrigerator, warming/holding oven, and prep space
  • Hourly rental with a four-hour minimum

Rates:

  • $800 for five hours, $160 each additional hour
  • $1,300 ten hours + $130 each additional hour

Your Options: DIY or Full-Service

Bring your own caterer, DJ, and vendors — or let our experienced event staff handle everything for you.

Setup & Cleanup

Set-Up: Tables and chairs arranged as you request; bathrooms prepared and stocked.

Cleanup: You gather any outside food, drinks, décor, and gifts. Our staff takes care of the rest.

Linens

Optional linens can be ordered through us — they’ll be on the tables and ready when you arrive, saving time and effort.

Specialty linens, chair covers and ties, napkins, flowers, and table or room decorations can be arranged through us. When you rent through the Rainbow Room, everything is in place and ready when you arrive.
